  • Stud finder
  • Pencil or marker
  • Step stool or step ladder

Step-by-Step Installation

Unit will be securely installed to your wall or ceiling with just a few simple steps

  • Locate Your Ceiling or Wall Stud: Try to locate the center of the stud.
  • Mark the Mounting Point: Position the Hang-Away unit in your desired location and mark the screw holes.
  • Mount the Unit: Align the unit and secure to the ceiling or wall stud using the included screws.
  • Test the Rotation: Give it a spin-your Hang-Away should rotate 360° smoothly and stay secure.
  • Hang Your Gear: Use the pre-installed hooks to hang other awkward long-handled gear.
