Step-by-Step Installation

Unit will be securely installed to your wall or ceiling in just a few simple steps

  • Locate Your Ceiling or Wall Stud: Use a stud finder to identify solid anchor points.
  • Mark the Mounting Point: Position the Hang-Away unit in your desired location and mark the screw holes.
  • Mount the Unit: Align the unit and secure it to the ceiling or wall using the included screws.
  • Test the Rotation: Give it a spin-your Hang-Away should rotate 360° smoothly and stay secure.
  • Hang Your Gear: Use the 16 pre-installed hooks to hang rods, reels, nets, or other long-handled gear.
